Marcin Ladowski, Tarik Safouan, and Jens Müller
Marcin Marcin built and scaled his own company before stepping into a C-level operating role, where he led the professionalization and growth of a family-owned business into a structured, scalable organization. His work spans automotive, healthcare, fashion, and cosmetics industries across North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with deep experience in software and e-commerce. Today, Marcin advises small and medium-sized businesses on leveraging AI to compete more effectively, and is building an AI-powered platform focused on talent management, covering hiring, onboarding, training, and performance. He is currently completing the Chief Product Officer program at MIT, graduating in June 2026.
Tarik leads the AI Center at Barry University and specializes in solutions architecture and real-world, scalable AI solutions. He has successfully applied these frameworks in high-performance environments across various industries, including media, TV, entertainment, sports, aviation, manufacturing, and services. Tarik holds a Master’s in Digital Media Design from Harvard University and launched and teaches the AI Strategy program at Barry University.
Jens brings deep engineering expertise from the automotive industry, holding multiple patents and many years of experience designing scalable, mission-critical systems. He is also the founder and CEO of TBench.Solutions, a technology company and gold-certified Preferred Design House of Infineon Technologies. The company specializes in consulting and system development for automotive and industrial applications, and develops its own advanced development boards for MCUs, APUs, and FPGAs.
Together, they cut through AI hype and focus on what matters: how businesses really adopt, scale, and win with AI.

COO, Industrial Distribution Co. (280 employees)
"I've pitched AI to our board three times and failed. This book gave me the language and the framework to make a case they could actually understand and approve."
VP of Operations, Regional Healthcare Services
"The First-Win Strategy chapter alone saved us from a $200K platform purchase we weren't ready for. This should be required reading before any AI investment."
Founder & CEO, E-commerce Brand ($15M revenue)
"As a consultant, I needed a framework I could teach clients in one session. The Build vs. Buy vs. Delegate model is now part of every engagement I run."
Managing Partner, Operations Advisory Firm
SMB owners and founders who know AI matters but don't know where to start
Operations and functional leaders responsible for making AI actually work
Non-technical executives tired of hype and ready for honest guidance
Business advisors and consultants who need a practical framework for clients
If you're looking for code tutorials or model architectures, this isn't your book. This is for leaders who want to deploy AI, not build it.

Build momentum through one visible, high-impact AI win that earns trust and drives adoption across the organization.
Design strategy assuming humans remain accountable; AI multiplies judgment and capacity rather than eliminating roles.
Decide deliberately where AI should be a core capability, a purchased solution, or an outsourced function.
Identify where AI-first competitors attack first: speed, cost, personalization, or scale. Know your vulnerabilities.
